Legal
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Stamp a Holiday's website or booking any of our travel services. These terms form the legal agreement between you and us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Stamp a Holiday website or engaging our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users and clients.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as communicated at the time of enquiry. Prices quoted are per person unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend prices due to changes in airline fares, hotel tariffs, taxes or currency fluctuations before a booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges vary depending on the time of cancellation and the specific suppliers involved (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14–21 working days, subject to supplier refund policies.
4. Travel Documents & Visa
It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure they hold a valid passport, visa and any other required travel documentation for the intended destination. While we provide visa assistance as part of our services, we cannot guarantee visa approval. Stamp a Holiday shall not be held liable for any losses arising from failure to obtain required documentation.
5. Itinerary Changes
We strive to deliver all services as described in your confirmed itinerary. However, circumstances beyond our control — including weather, natural events, strikes, government actions or force majeure — may require changes to the itinerary. We will make every effort to arrange comparable alternatives and keep you informed promptly.
6. Liability
Stamp a Holiday acts as an agent for various service providers including airlines, hotels and ground operators. We are not directly liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or inconvenience caused by these third parties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Stamp a Holiday for the service in question. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
7. Health & Safety
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit and have received any required vaccinations for their destination. Stamp a Holiday is not liable for any health issues arising during travel. Please consult a qualified medical professional before undertaking any trip, particularly to remote or high-altitude destinations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, itineraries and design elements, is the property of Stamp a Holiday and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10. Amendments
Stamp a Holiday reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
